We caught up with Anna, one of our Team Leaders
Tell us a little about your role at orca
I am one of the Team Leaders and alongside my fellow Team Leader Dan, I contribute towards the day to day running of the floor and I am the first point of contact for all our PA’s.
When did you start at orca?
May 2018
How has the business grown in your time here?
The business is continually growing and I feel that it will continue to grow for a very long time. It’s great to be part of that!
Tell me about your journey so far?
I joined the company in May 2018 following a 14 year career in Lloyds Banking Group. I joined as a PA and was appointed as a Team Leader towards the end of June.
What has been your standout moment?
My standout moment is applying for and being given the Team Leader role only 1 month after starting at the company.
What makes you feel good about working here?
My background is in people management and I very much feel that I can contribute to the success and growth of the company drawing on my past experience from a large corporate company.
What do you do day to day that excites you?
Every minute of every day is different and certainly keeps me on my toes!

We certainly make time for humour!

What would you say to someone to was interested in working at orca?
