Whitegates

We had the pleasure of meeting Chris Hamill, the Director of Whitegates Wrexham. He reached out to us because he wanted to come down to the Orca office and hand deliver a present to one of our PAs for her exceptional service.

Claire Davies was the PA who answered the phone on behalf of Whitegates while they were on their free trial, which resulted in them signing up with us. Her excellent call handling and data collection resulted in Whitegates winning over a big client. Thanks to Claire recording all the necessary information, Whitegates were able to email the client following up the call which led to getting their business.
